Job Description:

We are looking for a Backend Developer responsible for managing the interchange of data between the server and the users. Your primary focus will be development of all server-side logic, definition and maintenance of the central database, and ensuring high performance and responsiveness to requests from the front-end. You will also be responsible for integrating the front-end elements built by your coworkers into the application. A basic understanding of front-end technologies is therefore necessary as well.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Server-Side Development: Develop and maintain server-side components using Node.js and related technologies to ensure the robustness, scalability, and high performance of our applications.
2. API Development: Design and implement RESTful APIs to support seamless communication between frontend and backend systems, enabling smooth data flow and user experiences.
3. Database Management: Create and optimize database schemas, write efficient SQL queries, and implement database migrations to ensure data integrity and performance.
4. Security: Implement security best practices to protect sensitive data, including authentication, authorization, and data encryption.
5. Code Quality: Write clean, well-documented, and maintainable code, and actively participate in code reviews to uphold coding standards and best practices.
6. Performance Optimization: Identify and resolve bottlenecks, optimize server performance, and implement caching strategies to ensure fast response times.
7. Collaboration: Collaborate closely with frontend developers, product managers, to deliver high-quality software solutions.
8. Problem Solving: Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions in a timely manner.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Backend Developer with expertise in Node.js.
• Strong understanding of server-side frameworks and tools.
• Experience with database systems, both SQL and NoSQL.
• Knowledge of RESTful API design and development.
• Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git).
• Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Job Details:

Salary: 20k-25k In hand

Work Schedule: 5 days a week

Working Hours: 11 A.M. to 7 P.M.
